From starting out in a central role for the launch and ramp of IBM's original personal computer, to starting up a new business venture for Bombardier Aerospace, and finally leading multiple acquisitions (and integrations) as well as divesting (and carving-out) a $2B business for TE Connectivity, Tom has built a vast knowledge base and "tool kit" that can truly transform the performance of your business operations.
